The Grass Is So Much Greener Here, You Will See..

I'm continuing from page one...

Most people rely on quick fixes, fad diets, magic pills, and crazy workouts.

And I'm going to lump you in with them (for now)...

;-)

But don't worry...

I did too.

We all fall for the same promotion game...

You hear how someone lost a million pounds and now has a six pack...

And - of course - you want the same.

Don't get me wrong though...

Fad diets, magic pills, and crazy workouts work...

Or let me re-phrase...

They can work well.

But there is a major problem with these methods.

MOST are not sustainable and they require a lot of work.

Lose weight, gain it back.

They are not sustainable as they are not lifestyle changes.

But why change something that has been your “go to” for so long?

Well, Einstein once so eloquently put...

"The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over again, but expecting different results."

The insanity is to make your entire health and wellness dependent on methods that are not realistic for the long haul.

Because sooner or later, you get burnt out or will screw up... 

Like everyone does... 

I definitely did when I was riding the quick fix wave... 

Until I realized the insanity...

And changed my game.

Instead of building a lifestyle that is heavily based on unsustainable programs...

Instead of fad diets... 

Instead of crazy workouts...

Instead of crazy pills... 

Instead of quick fixes... 

I do something else.

It's something that is heavily based on human psychology.

It's deeply rooted in never-changing elements like...
